Working on my own private label....

I had so much fun at Market last week.
(I always have fun at market)
I got all of my business taken care of the first day and a half and spoiled myself the last few hours.
The neat (yes, I know that's an outdated, old fogey, 1970's word!)...the neat thing about Market is that there are so many unique items.
For instance, these sunglasses.

Are these not the cat's meow???
I had to have them!
I was talking to the designer and I asked her if she'd be willing to work with me on some designs for my own line and she said 'yes'!
Then we started talking about makeup and other 'girl' things and the next thing you know we're discussing and eye shadow and lipstick line, as well.
It will be fun to see where this leads.

A couple days later I received a phone call at 3 am from my screenwriter telling me that 'The Hillbilly Debutante Cafe' had made Screencraft finals.
So, these boots were my 'gift' to me to celebrate.

I saw these in 'Free People' last time I was in Dallas, but they didn't have my size.
I looked them up on the website, but still didn't bite the bullet.
But I couldn't stop thinking about them....
I'm 59 years old and am still as in love with fashion as I was when I was 29, but that's another story for another time.
So, when I found out mine and Angel's (screenwriter) hard work had paid off I promptly opened my computer - yes, at 3 am! - and ordered them.
Now, back to my love of fashion...
I just glanced at the clock!
It's late and my day starts early!
Next time!
